Alastair is a former Recruitment Manager and a Professional Resume Writer that has helped hundreds of people find work. Alastair consistently noticed that candidates at all levels didn’t know how to write a resume. When he researched the market he found a lack of quality options for consumers who want to write their own resume but don’t want to sign up to dodgy resume builder websites or spend hundreds of dollars on a resume writing service. Home Run Resume was born and the team created professional resume templates, cover letters and other services that could be delivered in a low cost, high quality and risk free manner to customers. When he’s not at work Alastair is planning his next vacation or working on his erratic golf game.

When we first met Simon he actually knew nothing about how to write a resume but he was an expert in all matters to do with Accounts and Customer Service. Simon contributes in all areas of the business, he drives back office operations and is customer facing too. If he ever leaves the company we will withdraw from our local trivia night.
